Some phone applications may charge you for incoming text messages and SMS attacks (phishing scams) can be even more dangerous, if you are not careful.
However, you do not have to be patient. Just as you can fight off spam, you can also block and block robots with the right tools and tools.
Do not respond
First and foremost, do not connect with the message. If you click on a link or attachment to a spam message, it may launch a malicious program that infects your phone. You also do not want to respond. Many official robots include the option to send a STOP text to tell the company to remove it from its distribution list, but that does not work with fraudsters.
In fact, by replying to a spam message, you are only confirming to the fraudster that your number is valid. From there, your phone number may be distributed to other scammers, which increases your chances of receiving unwanted messages. So unless you know that the document comes from a law firm that respects such requests, it is best not to respond at all.
