How to find a seller on eBay using search filters
If you remember the seller’s name or at least part of it, the easiest way to find them is to use search filters. From the eBay homepage, click Advanced next to the search bar.
Then click Merchants Under Items on the left side.
Select the box next to Show only items and enter the ID name to find it on eBay.
Lastly, click Search to see the list of sellers. To find them faster in the future, add them to your Saved Vendors list by clicking Save this seller at the bottom of the info tab to the right of one of their lists.
If you are using a mobile app, just type in the merchant name in the search bar and then tap the eBay Search User Suggestion.
You will see the seller’s current listing. Tap Save to add them to your Saved Vendor list.
How to search for an eBay seller in your shopping history
If you have already purchased items from the seller, you can search for them in your purchase history. To do so, open the My eBay drop-down menu on the home page and click Purchase History.
You will see your latest orders. You can find the seller’s eBay ID under Sold By each list. If you purchased an item in the past, you can search the item or filter results by date using the drop-down menu.
You can also find your purchase history in the left-hand menu by taping Purchases in the mobile app.
Lastly, tap on the item from the seller you want to find to see the order details, and there you will find the ID next to Order by.
