Once you are suspended from the Garmin Connect app, you can download the Pregnancy Tracking app from your compatible smartwatch at the Connect IQ Store, so you can track it directly in your hand. You and your partner can also download Contraction Timer to track the frequency and duration of your access. How to use the Garmin Pregnancy Tracking app
To start tracking your pregnancy, open the Garmin Connect app on your smartphone and follow the instructions below. You will need to complete the setup before using the app on your smartwatch.
Setting up in the Garmin Connect app
On your smartphone, open the Garmin Connect app.
Tap the menu in the top left corner and scroll down to Health Statistics.
Tap Health Statistics to open the drop-down menu, then tap Menstrual Cycle.
If you are not already using the Menstrual Cycle feature, follow the on-screen instructions to set up this feature. First, the information will ask you to select your cycle type. Select Pregnant. If you are already using the Garmin’s Menstrual Cycle feature, press the three straight dots in the upper right corner,
then touch Settings. From here, you can change your cycle type to Pregnancy and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
Pregnancy Tracking on your Garmin smartwatch
If your Garmin watch already receives menstrual cycle details in the Garmin Connect app, it will automatically start displaying your pregnancy updates. However, you will need to complete a few additional steps to track signals and other measurements from your device.
On your paired smartphone, open the Garmin Connect IQ app.
Tap the search icon, then search for Pregnancy Tracking.
Tap the Pregnancy Tracking app, then tap Install.
