Fax gmail : Yes, people still send faxes ….
I know what you think. its machine? In 2021? Yes, believe it or not, people are still sending each other faxes. Whether the older generation still clings to the old traditions, or the government departments that refuse to enter the 21st century, faxes are far from dead. But you do not need a machine these days to send a fax. These days, you can send it from Gmail. So the next time an official asks you to fax something, here’s how to do it.
How to send a fax from Gmail

First, find the appropriate fax service in the Google Workspace Marketplace. I recommend Fax Plus.
When you install it, its icon will appear on the right side of your Gmail screen. Click to open it.
This will now open a fax service in the bar to the right of your Gmail inbox. Type the recipient’s its number in the displayed line (with + followed by the international dialing code, followed by the whole number). Do not include spaces between numbers.
When you click New , a new Gmail email window will open, with its number formatted as an email address. The body of the email is a cover page and any text you wish to send should be added as an attachment. The best PDF files. Now send an email, and it will be faxed by Plus.
Within five minutes, you should receive an email confirming that it has passed. In my case, it only took 34 seconds.
You can do that ten pages for free using it , for which you have to pay. Prices are very reasonable, and obviously it all depends on how much it you plan to do each month. If you want to get a fax number to get faxes, you need to sign up for a paid program.
There are obviously many other its services available for Gmail, but we can’t test them all. But if you want to send one fax to someone, Plus will do the job for you. Keep it under ten pages and you will not have to pay anything.
