How to block someone on eBay
If you have a problem with the buyer or seller and you do not want them to buy or sell your items, you can add them to your Blocked Buyers list. They will not be able to place bids or buy from you unless you choose to remove them from the list.

To get started, navigate to your account settings from the drop-down menu next to your name.
Then, select Favorite Sales under the heading Sales.
Scroll down to find the buyers category and click Edit next to Blocked Buyers List.
That will take you to the eBay Buyer Management page. Here, you can control which users can or cannot bid or buy your items. It is also a good idea to set your Customer Requirements to automatically prevent annoying buyers. For example, eBay can quickly block buyers who cancel a certain number of unpaid purchases over a period of time.
Click Manage Blocked Buyers List to block certain users on the site. You can enter up to 5,000 usernames in a text box, each with a comma separated. If you have the names of those you would like to block, click Submit.
If you find you no longer need to block a particular user, you can simply come back here to delete their name from the list. Although eBay calls this a list of blocked buyers, the entered usernames will be blocked unless they are the seller on the site. To stop all contact with these users, see the next section.
How to block someone eBay messages
Follow the steps outlined above to access your eBay Buyer Management page. Scroll and select a tab nearby Do not let blocked buyers touch me. That will prevent any users from your blocked customer list from being able to send you a direct message.
